Resident Information

• Set bags out by 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

• Service runs between 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• All trash must be bagged and tied securely

• Flatten cardboard boxes unless smaller than a pizza box (minimizes risk with new packages, maximizes safety)

• Place tied bags neatly outside your front door (not blocking walkways)

• Our uniformed NVUS team will handle the rest!
