During the first month, residents can place their trash bags neatly outside their doors for hassle-free pickup by the NVUS Team. We’ll ensure the area stays clean and tidy after each collection. Starting in the second month, each resident will receive a durable, branded bin provided by us for continued service.

We’ll document and report the issue to management and leave a polite reminder tag or notice for the resident.

At NVUS Living Solutions, we believe in earning your business every day — not locking you into it. That said, to ensure a smooth transition for both parties, we kindly require a 30-day written notice for any service cancellations.
This notice period allows us to adjust staffing, finalize billing, and maintain the high level of service we provide to your community without interruption.
We keep things simple, transparent, and respectful — just as it should be.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance of the desired end date.
