How the Service Works

Residents are asked to place securely tied trash bags in the provided bin or approved container outside their door by 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Shortly after, our professionally uniformed service team arrives to collect and transport all waste to the community’s designated dumpster or compactor area. Utilizing customized collection carts, our team ensures efficient, discreet service that maintains cleanliness and minimizes noise or disruption to residents.

After collection, our team ensures walkways remain clean and tidy, and any minor overflow in dumpster areas is managed or reported.

Please Note:
For safety, efficiency, and courtesy to your neighbors, all cardboard boxes must be fully broken down and flattened before being placed out for collection. This not only ensures space is used appropriately but also prevents confusion with unopened deliveries or personal items left near doors. Pizza-style boxes are acceptable.

Pricing Overview

We offer competitive flat-rate pricing per apartment unit based on the size and specifics of the community. Pricing typically ranges from $15 to $20 per unit, billed monthly to the property management.

Smaller communities or boutique complexes are absolutely welcome — we tailor pricing to meet the needs of your specific layout and preferences.

To make onboarding easy, we offer a 30-day paid pilot program starting at $15 per unit so your team and residents can evaluate our service before making any long-term decisions. After 30 days, we will re-evaluate monthly pricing and make any necessary adjustments.

No long-term contracts are required. We believe our reliability and professionalism will keep us working together for the long haul.

Flexible Start Dates with Prorated Billing

We know that timing matters — and waiting until the first of the month isn’t always ideal when your community needs service now. That’s why NVUS Living Solutions offers flexible start dates with simple prorated billing.

If you're ready to begin mid-month, we'll start service right away at an Introductory Rate and calculate your first invoice on a prorated basis, with payment due on the 1st of the following month. This allows you to get up and running quickly, without disrupting your internal billing cycle or delaying service for your residents.
