We remove all trash, debris, and leftover items from inside and outside the unit, leaving the space ready for your maintenance or cleaning team to take over.

When to Book a Unit Trash-Out:

• Resident move-outs or skips

• Removal of bagged and loose trash

• Pickup of small furniture, boxes, or abandoned household items

• Clearing of patios, doorsteps, breezeways, or nearby walkways

• Light area sweep-up upon request

How It Works:

• Submit a Request:
  Contact us by phone, email, or head to our booking page to schedule the cleanout. Same-week service is often available.

• Quote Confirmation:
  We charge a flat rate based on the extremity of the cleanout. Please refer to the “Pricing” section for more details.

• On-Site Trash-Out:
  Our uniformed team arrives promptly and removes all designated items. We take care to avoid damage and maintain a clean, professional appearance.

• Completion Report:
  After each job, we provide before-and-after photos for your records.

• Billing:
  You’ll receive an invoice per job, or you can bundle it into your monthly NVUS valet service billing if you're a client.

Pricing Information

For our customers, whether part of our Valet Waste Collection service or not, Unit Trash-Out pricing is based on the size, contents, and condition of each unit. To ensure accurate and fair estimates, we require either:

• Photos of the unit, or

• A brief in-person walk-through to assess the unit

Pricing is determined by the amount of large furniture, debris volume, and severity of the clean-out. Once assessed, we’ll provide a detailed quote before beginning any work. No surprises, no guesswork — just transparent, customized pricing every time.

Same-day or urgent service: Additional $25–$50 rush fee may apply.
Multi-unit discounts available for larger cleanouts or recurring work
