Our 30-Day Paid Pilot Program is the perfect way for your community to test our full valet waste service with no upfront contracts and no pressure — just reliable, professional service from day one.
For the first 30 days, your property receives the exact level of service we provide to our long-term clients, including nightly doorstep trash collection, light common-area cleanup, resident reminders (as needed), and full management support.
How It Works:
Flat Rate: $15 per unit for the first month
Service Days: 5 nights per week (Monday through Friday)
Scope: Full doorstep trash collection from our professionally uniformed staff, light trash patrol, and professional communication with management
Flexibility: At the end of the 30 days, you may either:
Continue services with new standard pricing (to be mutually agreed upon)
Discontinue service with no further obligation, provided we receive written notice

What Happens After 30 Days?
We’ll check in near the end of the pilot to discuss your experience and gather feedback. If you’re satisfied and wish to continue, we’ll reassess pricing based on property size, layout, and any custom service needs — and move forward with a month-to-month agreement.
If not, no hard feelings — just send us written notice and we’ll complete the 30-day period as scheduled.
Flexible Start Dates with Prorated Billing
We know that timing matters — and waiting until the first of the month isn’t always ideal when your community needs service now. That’s why NVUS Living Solutions offers flexible start dates with simple prorated billing.
If you're ready to begin mid-month, we'll start service right away and calculate your first invoice on a prorated basis, with payment due on the 1st of the following month. This allows you to get up and running quickly, without disrupting your internal billing cycle or delaying service for your residents.
